Out Past the Rings 158 is out and it’s the last one for at least a week or two. Both the pink and black copies are still in stock!

In Loving Memory is back in action and had their full length remixed and remastered. Hooooooly moly does it sound incredible. It should release this month digitally (although we might wait until early June after we get them taaaaapes) with the cassettes being handled by Zegema Beach and Illuminate My Heart Records.

You will be seeing a lot of tour posters from bands playing ZBR Fest popping up here in case you are in the path of destruction. Black Matter Device replaced the fallen Hawak about a month ago, and here’s their tour poster! Buy ZBR Fest tickets here.

Featuring members of Utarid, Quantis, and Orbit Cinta Benjamin, the Malaysian screamowizards known as PIRI REIS finally unleash their debut 12”LP and by golly does it set a new standard for emo-violence. The tones on this record proudly display 2000s screamo of the Level Plane variety mixed with the unstable speed of German emo-violence to create a wildly entertaining listen through the 10 songs. 1st press was 250 copies on beautiful merge, but they sold out in the first day, so we made another 200 on splatter! Co-released with Moment Of Collapse, React With Protest, and Framecode Records. These WILL NOT stick around, sleeping not allowed.

2022 - 10 - 21 /// Lower Automation premiere!!!

Brooklyn Vegan premiered the 2nd track on the upcoming ‘Strobe Light Shadow Play’ from Lower Automation. We’ll have these 12”s in-hand (hopefully) for the November 22nd, release. Click on the text or pic for the full premiere.

So what’s going on with Reversal Of Man? Okay, I got word that the issue is the first pressing has A/B and C/D finished but the plant just straight up hasn’t finished doing the E/F because of issues. The 2nd press is done already (weird eh?) so they should arrive in late October and ready to be shipped off. This isn’t an issue on our end. It isn’t an issue on Repeater’s end. It’s the plant.

Out Past the Rings #128 is for the most recent Nionde Plågan album (not the new one releasing in a few weeks) titled ‘Reflektion’. We still have a few copies left but don’t expect them to sit around once that new record drops.

Over two years ago we released a short run of demo tapes titled ‘It Is’, and after much more writing, polishing, and expanding of the VIRGIN MOTHER sound, we are set to drop the brand new debut 12”LP ‘Mourning Ritual’ on Friday October 17th. Drawing cues from industrial, new wave, black metal, noise, screamo, punk, post-punk, and more, this deep, dark look into Seb’s subconscious and it’s subsequent artistic representation is truly a work of art. From the hellish, eerie, almost gothic-sounding intro of “[promised end]“ it becomes obvious that this album is meant to be consumed in full, with spiking adrenaline surges (see “I’d Never Feel Like Anything” and “Fault”), soothing/groovy vibes (“Traffic Stop” and “Black Light On 16th Street“), uncomfortable noise (“Vanity’s Sake“ and “Parasite“) and the epic genre-mashes (“Blossoming Winter” and “Field of Warmth“).
