Out Past the Rings 158 is out and it’s the last one for at least a week or two. Both the pink and black copies are still in stock!

In Loving Memory is back in action and had their full length remixed and remastered. Hooooooly moly does it sound incredible. It should release this month digitally (although we might wait until early June after we get them taaaaapes) with the cassettes being handled by Zegema Beach and Illuminate My Heart Records.

Featuring members of Utarid, Quantis, and Orbit Cinta Benjamin, the Malaysian screamowizards known as PIRI REIS finally unleash their debut 12”LP and by golly does it set a new standard for emo-violence. The tones on this record proudly display 2000s screamo of the Level Plane variety mixed with the unstable speed of German emo-violence to create a wildly entertaining listen through the 10 songs. 1st press was 250 copies on beautiful merge, but they sold out in the first day, so we made another 200 on splatter! Co-released with Moment Of Collapse, React With Protest, and Framecode Records. These WILL NOT stick around, sleeping not allowed.

Scenario was just released in full on 200 random silt 12”s!!! This thing shows fantastic growth from their debut EP and is truly an exceptional full length. Fans of Hot Cross, Frail Body, and Armywives rejoice! You can catch them at this year’s ZBR Fest which starts in just under two weeks!

Swallows Nest was the most recent Out Past the Rings victim, with a ton of information regarding the band…cuz CanaDave used to be in it! Tapes long sold out. Listen to/download the tracks here.

Hundreds Of AU has been making mad waves in the last two years, and with that comes scarcity. This is the last 12” we have and if I’m not mistaken these tracks will show up on a newer release (as a bit of compilation) so I reckon these aren’t getting repressed anytime soon.

The very prolific HUNDREDS OF AU released this stellar 5-song EP in late 2021 to much acclaim and now it’s arrived on 45rpm eco-mix 12”s out of 200! Co-released with Protagonist Music, the 12” vinyl contains a blazing-yet-controlled metallic hardcore/screamo fusion from members of You And I, Hell Mary, and The Assistant. Although the balance is obvious on all tracks, songs like “Objective Party” and “Afloat” really showcase an incredible ability to sustain melody and progression whilst retaining power and weight. Easily one of the best EPs of 2021.

2022 - 08 - 18 /// Amber Daybreak re-released!

Tomb Tree just released the 2009 album ‘Sentinels’ by Amber Daybreak (member of Chalk Hands) and we’re the only place to get’em. Super awesome, mathy, spacey, noodley, screamo from Belgium. Tapes /85.

On Saturday we’ve got the split 12” between In Wolves Clothing (US) and Letterbombs (Finland) as well as the cassette release of ‘The Weight of Everything’ by Blind Girls! Oh happy Saturday indeed.

Unsigned Showcase featured Cuck on the 5 Extreme Bands From Around The World. Check it out below! Tomb Tree released the ex-Swallows Nest band’s debut full length last month.

Gillian Carter just announced a new full length yesterday on Skeletal Lightning so this timing couldn’t have worked out any better. This band is 1) full of awesome humans, 2) an amazing screamo band, and 3) put on the best sets of almost any band I know. Only one more band from Day 1 of ZBR Fest Mid-West 2022 on June 11th, 2022, then we’re on to Day 2!

2022 - 08 - 15 /// In Wolves' Clothing + Letterbombs split!

On Saturday we’ve got an In Wolves Clothing (members of Our Future Is An Absolute Shadow, Armagideon Time, etc.) and Letterbombs (from Finland!) split 12” in addition to the posting of ‘The Weight of Everything’ Blind Girls tapes!

The boxes both stores were waiting for have arrived and we can now ship absolutely everything except Meditations #5 (that last 7” in the series) as those STILL are not done yet but should be soon. As we go on a two-week break for the final two weeks of August we’ll get all of our orders out before then <3

A friendly reminder that the Cara Neir ‘Phantasmal’ still has like 2 mages and 4 OG splatters going out randomly and there’s only about 35 copies left of the Hellfire left in both stores…so your odds are 6/35 aka 17%!!! Order links are on our bandcamp page :)

Tomb Tree is releasing the Amber Daybreak ‘Sentinels’ album on swirl tapes (and some gold ones, pictured below). Limited to something like 80 copies, these won’t hang around as members now play in the very successful screamo act Chalk Hands. Fans of Via Fondo, Trachimbrod, and Raein should take note.

Hundreds Of AU were an obvious choice to have play ZBR Fest as we love their band and were finally lucky enough to be involved in their 12”EP last year. These veterans put on a fucking clinic and are just straight-up awesome people, bringing us near th end of ZBR Fest Mid-West 2022 Day 1 on June 11th, 2022.

Johnny’s Reco-mmendations: JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE LETS YOU TORTURE THEM DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULD = Woah this came outta nowhere and is a seriously incredible EP. Super mathy, very screamy, a tad twinkly? Whatever it is I love it.

2022 - 03 - 29 /// 4-Way split tape and Le Blast stock!

First off in the news is the announcement of this killer split coming out on Tomb Tree featuring two new jams each from Demersal, Piet Onthel, Letterbombs, and Vientre on cassette!!! These tapes have been at the plant for a few weeks and we’ll push out another PremieRing for this via four blogs in mid-late April! Witch Elm Records will be doing a European version of the release as well. We recently released the Demersal 7”, Piet Onthel cassette full length, have Letterbombs stuff in the works as well as helped the two latter bands out via Tomb Tree. Piet Onthel has another 5-song EP releasing in early May on ZBR!!!

Tonight at 6pm PST / 8pm CST / 9pm EST we’ll post our Le Blast tapes in both stores. What’s in there? Besides a ton of obscure/rare screamo tapes beautifully packaged, but we’ll be posting the majority of the Yearning tapes! Numbered out of /30, these will fucking fly and sound incredible. And you know…they’re housed in a j-card and twine…pretty fucking screamo. Fuck.

Our Hundreds Of Au ‘A Briefing on the Human Condition’ 12”EPs have been flying and the entire run of 200 is well over half sold out, and we’re down to our last 25% of stock. If you’re in the EU Dog Knights recently got some copies so feel free to pick some up from them.
