Another Richmond, Virginia band fucking lighting it up. IN WOLVES CLOTHING (formerly Pigeon Meeting) share members with some incredible past and present bands including, but not limited to, .gif from god, Mothlight, Yusuke, Gas Up Yr Hearse!, Majorel, Altar Of Complaints, мятеж, Van Hagär, Smoke Signals and Skull Kid. They have their own thing going on but to say the band is far removed from their other projects would be misleading. It's screamy hardcore. They utilize multiple vocalists. They go nuts. They take it easy. Some songs are a little over a minute. Some are five minutes plus.

We finally received our beautiful copies of the debut 12” ‘Breathing’ from NIBOOWIN. Ex-Old Soul, this band strikes the best balance between screamo, post-hardcore and black metal. Oh, and you’ll find them on the upcoming Envy/Love 12” tribute compilation!

This new split between Halifax’s NEW RUINS (members of Frail Hands, Heisse) and California’s CURTAINS (members of SeeYouSpaceCowboy, Ghost Spirit) is a sensational 17-minute jaunt through eerie/screamy post-hardcore and treacherous emo-violence. CURTAINS rip through five songs in a little over as many minutes, while NEW RUINS build palaces and then proceed to topple them.
