ZBR Fest starts today! The pre-show is going down at 6:30pm at Big Fernwood in Victoria (Vancouver Island). Tickets at the door are $35! The main fest is at Red Gate in Vancouver (on the mainland) with the doors opening Saturday at 2:30 and Sunday at 3:30. Tickets for those are $70 per day or $120 for both days. Can’t wait to see y’all!!!

The last ZBR Fest Profile Feature of 2026 goes to Fingerswoventogether and their new release ‘As The Lie Became Truth’ just dropped! Truly exceptional screamo from Florida. We have 50 of these to move, and we’ll move’em! Check the band out this weekend at ZBR Fest!!!

Detach The Islands new EP/collections released today. ‘Concrete Jungle’ contains some covers (Poison The Well, Death Grips), unreleased jams, and some alternate versions, with the cassettes including a massive audio interview between the band and CanaDave. Check that shit out!

Operation X-Ray played the almighty Drive Your Plow Over The Bones Of The Dead. If you wanted some promo pics I snapped some yesterday when the sun was out. We’ll have a stack of these at ZBR Fest to move and the band will have a buncha merch including shirts, etc.

Today’s Last Fucking Copy is a weird one, as we kinda helped co-release it but didn’t put it on our bandcamp page because we wanted Jeanne to get all the traffic. Perhaps because of that reason we still have a single 2x12” discography release by this incredible Euro band. This is the brown cover variant btw. These initially sold out but this one was added back in a year later and I think just no one saw it. So snag it below or forever hold your peace.

Orphan Donor new album ‘Ailments’ releases May 11th on Zegema Beach via 100 four-panel digipak cds, thus having us release the last three albums on different formats (tapes, vinyl, cds). Athousandangelsandseven releases next week! Holy shit we’re excited about this one. The four-song self-titled cassette EP variants revealed above, with the full release going down on Monday at 9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST. Only 50 tapes were made so expect this to sell out rather quickly!!! Jam their new music video for “Clipped Wings” above!

Crowning had their third tour documentary release featuring their Japanese 4-day tour with Oaktails. Metal Storm also reviewed the split which you can read by clicking on this text. I think we have physicals for this split coming in the first half of 2025 so jam it below!

Coma Of Eris is the amalgamation of Come Regalia and Apostles Of Eris and is the ZBR release that follows Onethousandangelsandseven, and comes out February 14th in conjunction with Middle Man Records. This first single is the closing track on the new Combustion zine/comp that you can get digitally or physically!

The main brain behind Detach The Islands and the drummer of Fluoride Emmett was on the most recent Everything Remade podcast with Edie of Middle Man Records. Definitely check it out, and snag a tape below!

2024 - 11 - 19 /// Canada Post on strike + good news

Canada Post is on strike. This means Canada store (aka this store) and most of the Bandcamp orders literally cannot ship out until it is resolved. The good news here is if you place multiple orders over the strike’s duration I can combine your orders and refund you some shipping after the gears get movin’ again. Fingerswoventogether released on Friday and we’ve blown through most of the tapes already. This store has a handful and the US store has a couple, but Bandcamp copies are sold out. Links to both stores are at the bottom of the Bandcamp page and cost less than those sold out copies anyways. Such a wicked debut EP!!!

Gxllium! is next! The first run of tapes flew so we made a bunch more - 150 to be exact. CanaDave is dipping those suckas now, and this run is professionally duped with proper j-cards, as the first run was all DIY, baby. EP of the year? Definitely up there!!!
