Bad news first, always. ZEGEMA BEACH RECORDS Fest 2020 has been officially cancelled. With the COVID virus just about to wreak havoc on North America it is obviously in everyone’s best/saddest interest that we not hold it this year. Assuming people smarten the fuck up and stop passing the virus on, hopefully we can do it in 2021. If you’ve already purchased a 3-day pass you can do one of the following:
A) come to next year’s fest for free, and get the free records from this year’s fest as well as free records from next year’s
B) we ship you the free records at no cost (post-virus if you live outside Canada and the U.S.A.)
C) email us at zegemabeachrecords@gmail.com for a refund
On to good news! ORPHAN DONOR’s ‘Old Patterns’ tapes were finished up a few minutes ago by yours truly. Check this mammoth album out, it’s incredible. I don’t have pictures of the regular/o-card versions as those are in the mail, but here are the swirl versions…which are the ones that everyone seems to want anyhow. Incredible art by James Revelle. The solo project of Secret Cutter and ex-Oktober Skyline drummer Jared Stimpfl’s ORPHAN DONOR debut tape LP ‘Old Patterns’ is like a lazerbeam through the skull. Citing incantations of late 90 and early 2000s screamo, emo-violence and metalcore, the full length catapults the listener through some seriously incredible, unpredictable and downright trippy extreme music.
1st run: 75 tapes on clear w/metallic red liner (45) and on swirl (30) w/jcard and download code.
2nd run: 50 tapes, 25 on Space Shit swirl, 20 on Momentary Mummification swirl (only available as a 12” set) and 5 test dips.

Good lord of science almighty, BONEFLOWER’s second full length ‘A(r)mour’ is sensational. The throat-shredding screams, the chaos, the beauty, the melodies and the instrumental interludes, this record has it all (in typical Boneflower fashion). Mixing screamo and post-hardcore with the occasional clean singing, the Spanish three-piece has concocted a gorgeous, complete and moving album that we available on marble swirl, golden swirl and transparent yellow tapes.

Ferocious, rabid, crusty and outright phenomenal hardcore/screamo from Spain featuring members of Boneflower, Descubriendo A Mr. Mime and Eros + Massacre. The 13 tracks mix a myriad of vocal stylings, most notably sounding like Majority Rule, with unpredictable, raw and bone-shattering instrumentals. We’re covering North America but we only managed to snag 30 copies…so these won’t last long!!!
