Well holy shit, Persistent Vision Records has a Canada store now. There’s only 1-3 copies of each release to start, with a couple being on sale due to minor corner dings. More coming!!!

[Updates] Euro orders that were held due to tariff garbage should finally ship early November as per the recent email I got below. If your order has been sitting with me for awhile, I’ll finally have an update next week as either the shipping you paid will cover the tariffs or they won’t - at which point I’ll send you an email about it. Thank god this is over, I hate having orders just sitting here that I can’t send due to government/postal service red tape.

[ZBR Fest] I’ll be at the Smush show this Sunday night so I won’t be home until almost noon PST on Monday November 3rd. Because of that, the Zegema Beach Records Fest tickets will go live at 12pm PST / 2pm CST / 3pm EST, and not our regular earlier release time. 19 bands for the main fest and 6 for the pre-show. During the ticket pre-order there will also be an option to bundle a poster with it, which can be picked up at the fest with art by Haley of Emma Goldman!!!

[Premieres] Something To Remember is the next Tomb Tree release (I’m dipping the tapes today!) so I premiered a jam on (((((OPENmind/SATURATEDbrain))))). Wicked Vancouver emo-violence for fans of Orchid, Francis Brady, A Paramount A Love Supreme, etc.

Hillsboro has another new EP releasing soon! This one will come out on Tomb Tree instead of Softseed Music as the latter is pretty much an ethereal singer/songwriter label at this point. You can jam “My God” now and their most recent EP ‘A Party in Your Name.’

[Reviews] Boon got a review from Musiknights. Sleeper hit of 2025. Please don’t make this new EP my sleeper hit of 2026. Listen, buy, share.

Operation X-Ray gave Taking Tiger Mountain some love on their most recent episode. They played their release show last weekend and sold out of tapes, so what I have is all that’s left! CDs should be in hand this week and will be out the door by next Monday at the latest.
