On Wednesday Luke Hoskin from PROTEST THE HERO and I discussed the next steps for the 4xcassette LP boxset. We are in the process of choosing the shell art and manipulating the j-card art for each of the releases. It seems likely for a September press and Oct/Nov release date. We've received a lot of emails about this and we assure everyone that news about pre-orders will go up weeks before the actual pre-order. Pre-orders from ZBR will include a bonus item and will be limited to 100 copies. Until then check out one of their new tracks from the 'Mystic' EP on Zampler #7 here!

Speaking of shows, this past month there were three ZBR shows, and the last one was a basement show with THE WORLD THAT SUMMER, BLACK LOVE, RESPIRE, LA LUNA and TERRY GREEN. It was an unreal experience so here's a mini-doc vid in 7 minutes.

The new SALIGIA 10" titled "The New Innocence" will be released jointly by Zegema Beach Records, React With Protest and most likely some others. The band just posted a music video for their new song "Loud Speaker" from said 10". Emo-violence and screamy hardcore to the max featuring members of Republic Of Dreams and The Apoplexy Twist Orchestra. More news in September.
THE WORLD THAT SUMMER and NIONDE PLÅGAN split is in the works, with the NP tracks already completed while the TWTS songs are written and being recorded in September. It is unsure what form the release will take but the intended idea is to do a one-sided 12" split with a silkscreened b-side, but we'll see. TWTS just released a new song on Zampler #7 here.
