This Melbourne, Australia trio make a helluva racket for so few members as well as this being their first release. Dark but bright, beautiful yet screamy, this thing is full of amazing contradictions that work in the band's favor. "the consequences of if and when" and "good song" showcase the band taking their craft to its current peak, incorporating soaring but deadly instrumentals amidst some of the best screaming I've heard all year. Sheer badassery, says I. These are more expensive than usual cuz I accidentally ordered real-time duplication instead of pro-dubbed cassettes. Oopsie, at least they sound amazing!
