After an absolutely fire debut EP the South Carolina band is back with their first full length album. Clocking in at 16 minutes over 8 tracks, the mixture of screamo, black metal, post-hardcore, and doom are compressed down into two-minute shards that are equally gorgeous and deadly. The album serves as a loving embrace to vocalist/guitarist Austin’s grandmother “who has been the only consistent family member in my life. She raised me as if I were her own without being asked. She has been sick for a long time now and the thought of being alive without her sounds miserable. It’s a love letter to her. I want her to be at peace without suffering.” Released on Tomb Tree with mages from the almighty Gotta Groove pressing plant.
